The Hytera VM550D combines a body cameras and a remote speaker microphone ensuring that evidence is captures in an accurate and shows exactly how events unfolded when recording. With the battery operational for 7 hours of continuous video recording, 8 day battery life if on standby staff will never not be able to capture evidence. When the battery is removed the camera can also still record up to 5 minutes of evidence with its internal battery.

The camera also allows a connection through a Two Way Radio with its PTT button. Its compact, slim and lightweight. Weighing in at just 145g making it a great companion throughout anyone’s shift. Complaint with MIL-STD-810G and IP67 and passing a 2m drop test you can rest assured the VM550D is reliable and rugged device. Upon sudden impact the device will save any video being recorded and save its as important evidence automatically. The night mode will be activated automatically in low-light conditions, allowing recordings of up to 10 metres.
