Description
Apex 1000 is licenced, digital two way radio sourced by Apex Radio Systems. This radio can operate in analogue or digital modes which makes it a great future proof product. The dual mode can also ease the digital migration process. Apex 1000 features AMBE+2 as its vocoder which provides advanced voice quality. The AMBE+2 was traditionally reserved for satellite systems and has only recently become available for radio applications. This is a full power licenced radio and does require an Ofcom licence. Apex always ensures that your radios work perfectly together, with your existing fleet, and in line with Ofcom regulations.
