Easy to use
Hytera VM580D has a slim profile. Notably, it measures 20mm in thickness and weights just 172g. You can easily hold it in your hand or clip it on your uniform.
PoC Radio
With VM580D serves as a two-way radio with the Push-To-Talk Over Cellular (PoC) applications. Over LTE or WLAN network, this camera allows you to make a voice call simply by pressing the Push-To-Talk (PTT) key. The camera has a powerful 1-watt speaker to deliver loud and clear audio during the call, event in high noise environments.
Unbreakable Data Security
Hytera embeds A ES-256 encryption in the VM580D for unbreakable data security. All footage us encrypted and only accessible to authorised users. The video is automatically tagged with time stamp, device ID and user ID upon recording to make it tamper-proof. Also no one is allowed to directly delete the footage on the camera. All of these features ensure data integrity at all times.
Long Battery Life
Equipped with a 3000mAh battery, the VM580D supports more than 8 hours of continuous video shooting on a single charge. Thanks to the built-in backup battery, the VM580D can keep recording for three to five minutes during battery replacement.

The VM580D also serves as a Push-To-Talk Over Cellular (PoC) radio. It allows you to make a voice call simply by pressing the Push-To-Talk (PTT) key. The usage of BWC may result in better accountability between the officers and civilians by revealing events accurately. The BWC poses as a strong deterrent against misuse of force by officers and violent conduct by citizens.
